How do I use it?
Clean, dry lips with no balm. Close your mouth, press the strip across your lips and smooth the edges. In the morning, peel it off slowly from one corner.
Is it safe?
It's a light strip that peels off easily, and you can still open your mouth if you need to. Don't use it if you have a blocked nose, a cold, sleep apnoea or any breathing condition, if you've been drinking or taking sedatives, or on children. Check with your doctor if you're unsure. It is not a treatment for snoring or any medical condition.
