Return Window

Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, cosmetics, and personal care items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
